At Dale Carnegie Training of Montana and NW Wyoming, we organize and facilitate skill development projects for key employees from organizations that are dissatisfied with their current results. These projects are designed to focus application of improved behaviors on a particular aspect of the business that can yield an immediate and sustainable return.

These projects can be either public, involving teams from multiple organizations, or on-site, for a single organization. In general, the skill development falls into one or more of six curriculum areas:
